You are standing near the spawn point and he's known to be in TD fighting. He teleports out flashing, You are then attacked by his arms because of his obvious PK mode status.

Q: Did you expect him to say hello?

Even though I see the Screen shot clearly.

My question is...
" Why isn't he flashing even though Jeff is badly damaged?"

Ytachi would of been dead within 3 successful hits from the market guards, yet he's alive with only 1 arm remaining and 3/4 of his health bar still intact.
